Capitalizing on smart card technology, Xplora provides a state-of-the-art training service, offering a wide variety of powerful and flexible functions. Users carry an individual smart card programmed with core data, including name, ID number, job function, appropriate curriculum and training records. Each day the user experiences targeted learning in their native language by inserting their smart card into the ruggedized station for a brief, interactive lesson, typically less than five minutes. The lesson completion is recorded to the smart card, the ruggedized station and, if connected, to an internet records database. The daily lessons provide a mechanism for continuous improvement.

Content is controlled by you, the client. You decide what learning will yield the highest return on investment for your company and stakeholders. From Safety to Technical Training to Maintenance and Operations, wherever your human performance improvement needs are the greatest, Xplora can be deployed to address the issues.

Xplora also uses the convenience of the web to manage training records, certificates, licenses and other papers. Each training record can have a scanned image associated with it. If, for example, a government inspector wants to see a certificate for a particular employee, the administrator can search for the individual on the Xplora web site, find their record and simply print the certificate.

Xplora is best-suited for companies with 500 or more employees, and becomes extremely cost effective above 1,000 employees.

Typical training costs run about $26 per hour per person. Xplora can deliver training for less than half that cost once appropriate user populations are established.
